collaborative project with Margaret Tedesco

The object consisted of a wooden floor structure with air pumps placed inside and walls made from plastic air-balloons. When stepping on the floor the balloons are pumped with air making the tunnel narrower. Two OPA members stand on either side of the tunnel handing out the smallest Czech denomination to the people that are entering the tunnel, end exchanging the Czech coin into an American penny to the people that are leaving the tunnel. At the same time Margaret Tedesco is painting herself into a corner of one small house adjunct to the tunnel.
