OPA Professional is a concept, a set of projects and solo exhibitions, started in 2014. OPA Professional is an entity developed by OPA whose focus is developing nice images, seemingly deprived from the political, and at the same time addressing the art market logic. Its goal is creation of visually appealing images and objects (sellable, collectible and visually attractive) while developing several kinds of prototypes of art production. As a result, OPA Professional’s work oscillates between the real and the mockery, overidentifying with the positions of the apolitical and the neutral, as well as with formalism and escapism.
